Fabric Composition: 90% Performance Polyester / 10% Spandex for rapid moisture-wicking and 4-way elasticity.

Weight: Featherlight construction with a silk-like, anti-friction feel.

Inseam: 4-inch (Performance Standard).

Finish: Matte Carbon Black (High-density, non-see-through).

Fit: High-Rise / Technical Athletic.

Activity Profile: Ideal for Racing, Interval Training, Tempo Runs, and high-output Gym sessions.

Customized Hem Geometries: Choose your stride with two professional silhouettes:

High Side-Cut: An aggressive "V" opening for elite freedom and zero resistance during high-knee drives and speed work.

Low Side-Cut: A subtle, moderate curve for a "locked-in" look and balanced support during tempo runs or gym sessions.

Mega-Storage Pocket System: A strategically centered rear waistband pocket designed for zero-bounce performance. It is large enough to house a Plus-Size smartphone or up to four nutrition gels while maintaining your natural center of gravity.

High-Rise Core Support: The reinforced high-waisted band provides a flattering, secure fit that stays in place during explosive movements, preventing rolling or sliding.

4-Inch Performance Length: The perfect mid-length inseam engineered to prevent inner-thigh chafing while allowing for a completely unrestricted gait.

Carbon Black Opacity: High-density knit technology ensures a 100% squat-proof finish and total coverage, even at maximum stretch.

To maintain the four-way stretch and moisture-wicking capabilities of your shorts:

• Wash: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
• Separate: Wash with similar athletic synthetics; avoid washing with heavy denim or towels.
• Detergent: Use mild detergent. Do not use fabric softeners, as they can coat the fibers and reduce wicking efficiency.
• Dry: Air dry is preferred to maintain elasticity. If using a machine, tumble dry on the lowest heat setting.

1. How long will Purpose gear last with consistent triathlon training and racing?

All Purpose products — especially those with Hypermesh Pro — are built to endure the grind of serious triathlon prep. With proper care, they’ll hold their performance, fit, and structure through multiple seasons of racing, travel, and long training blocks.

2. What makes Purpose Performance Wear stand out in triathlon and endurance sports?

Purpose was made for athletes training in real-world conditions — heat, humidity, and high mileage. Hypermesh Pro fabric is lightweight, breathable, and fast-drying, offering race-day performance without compromising comfort. It’s trusted by elites across Asia and beyond for a reason.

3. How should I care for my Purpose gear after a session or race?

Rinse your kit right after training, then cold wash on a gentle cycle. Avoid softeners, bleach, and the dryer — hang dry only. The gear is tough, but a little care keeps the technical fabrics performing at their best.

4. How does Purpose gear fit — is it true to size?

Purpose is performance fit — streamlined, aero, and made to move with you during swim, bike, and run. It’s meant to feel close to the body without restricting movement. If you prefer a slightly looser feel or are between sizes, sizing up is a safe call.
