I run in Singapore, where it is hot and humid every day.
At first I didn't believe the marketing materials. "How can that be?" "It's probably not worth it". Until I tried it. And wow! Impressive! Once it's wet, specially if you had started with ice, it will keep you cool for a long time! Haven't tried it for a full marathon yet, but I did wet it on Saturday afternoon, and it was still cold to wear on sunday morning.
Help better understand the different item and could give their opinion what is better for me
Wore these socks for a half marathon and felt great!
The cap is super light and breathable. Used it for a half marathon run and it absorbed sweat and prevented to trickle down my face. Highly recommended!

This tri suit is very comfortable, good chamois. The fabric is very soft and stretchy. Lots of pockets to store ice if needed.

I purchased one of these trisuits at the Ironman expo in New Zealand prior to my race. I was highly impressed by its performance and it really did help in keeping me cool during the race. It also looks fantastic. I would highly recommend and the 3XL sizing fit great for those of you who are very tall.
OMG - this suit absolutely rocks!! After wearing running shorts and singlets (purpose of course) for IMNZ and in training, I was a little apprehensive to change for IMNZ 70.3. I shouldn’t worried, the pad is subtle but enough protection for cycling and not noticeable when running. The material is super breathable and soft against your skin, and the ice pockets, just next level thoughts in the design!! I can’t rate this suit highly enough!! Super happy and will def purchase again once this one has done its dash.
The only “issue” I had was the fit was a bit baggy around my waist (big hips, small waist), but a quick trip to a local seamstress had it fitting like a glove, so a super easy fix.
Absolutely great product, dealt with the Sri Lankan sun beautifully. The pocket at the front especially good allowing for ice storage between aid stations which kept my head cool the entire race as it melted. Would never be without this hat for a hot race
