Because of the value of our products, we only use trackable, express shipping by FedEx or DHL Express.
We value transparent pricing and we donât inflate costs to offer free shipping. Our apparel is significantly lower priced than comparable brands, delivering superior performance in heat and humidity.
Our free shipping is based on tiered delivery costs to keep prices low, and we share shipping costs with you when a minimum purchase is made. In 2024 weâve lowered our free shipping threshold for some countries from 500 SGD to 200 SGD.
Please note, free shipping isnât available during sales or for discounted items. Thank you for your support as we strive to eliminate shipping fees by expanding into more markets.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are not able to offer an exchange or refund. All refunds will be issued using store credit.
However, we regret that there will be no refunds for exchanges for items below:
1. CUSTOM by PURPOSE items
2. Items with personalised names, logos, or any other customisation
3. Items sold at a discount or during sales & promotions period
4. Items that have been used

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You are liable to pay for the costs of returns such as packaging and shipping fees. We will pay the shipping for exchanged items we are sending.

We replace your kit with a new one in cases of damage from accidents. The guarantee is 2 years from the date of purchase.
NOTE: Crash Replacement Guarantees only cover items damaged in a crash or an accident, not wear and tear or rough handling of the product.
Our Crash Replacement Policy is only valid if your kit was purchased through our online store. This covers tri suits, cycling jerseys, and cycling bib shorts for 2 years from the date of purchase against damages sustained because of crashes and or accidents.
Crash Replacements however do not cover running, accessories or other items.

Yes, we do. There is no MOQ and we can make anywhere between 1 piece of custom to hundreds of pieces.
The prices to make CUSTOM by PURPOSE kits are different depending on the quantity.

Production takes between 4 to 12 weeks depending on quantity. As a guide:
- 4 pieces and below - 4 weeks
- 5 to 20 pieces - 10 weeks
- 20 and up - 12 weeks
Yes, we do. We charge a $500 SGD design fee per design. However, this fee is waived for orders of 20 pieces and above.
