Reaffirming our commitment to supporting athletes tackle the rigorous demands of POWERMAN, join us in this series of Purpose Fellowship training sessions held in the lead up to race day. 

Led by esteemed coaches, Uqasha Izhar, Haziq Piyoh, Farhat Faez and Sue Kay, these sessions promise to get you race-ready.

Every Saturday starting 11 May up to POWERMAN @ Bike & Beans, Putrajaya

SATURDAY, 11 MAY @ 7AM

Best suited to beginners who are new to the run-bike-run format. It will entail a group warm up, plus two sets of 5km run and 20km bike loops followed by a cool down stretch.

SATURDAY, 18 MAY @ 7AM

This session will be a similar structure to the first session - warm up, run, bike, run, bike and ending with a stretch – but with a stronger focus on run-bike-run transition training to help you on race day.

SATURDAY, 25 MAY @ 7AM

Gear up in your race kit as the coaches will lead you through a short POWERMAN simulation in this session.

This will give you a feel of what it will be like on race day.

The final session will be an easy group run as we begin our taper for the big day.

Lots of nutrition and pre-race day tips will be shared by the experienced coaches.

FAQs

Who should join?
This session is catered for all levels of athletes, from beginner to advanced.

For each Brick, there will be 3 packs:
Pack 1 - 30–35 km/h
Pack 2 - 25–30 km/h
Pack 3 - 20–25 km/h

Join a pack that feels most comfortable for you and feel free to stop and drop out if you feel unwell or have been dropped too far from the pack. There will also be there will be a safety car following the last rider
What should I bring?
Bring along your own water bottles and electrolytes. Recommend bringing your own bike repair kit for any punctures. Coaches will be available to assist. Bike helmets are compulsory.

The meeting point for all PFBrick events is Bike and Beans, Putrajaya. (link)
How do we keep everyone safe?
To ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone, we ask that you:

1. Ride slower than your usual speed. There will be three packs, choose your right pack:

Pack 1 - 30–35 km/h
Pack 2 - 25–30 km/h
Pack 3 - 20–25 km/h

2. Stop and drop out if you feel unwell or have been dropped too far. There will be a safety car following the last rider.
