For women's long tights, start with your hips as a guide. This method is the best. Use a measuring tape to measure around the widest part of your hips. Following that, measure the length by starting from inside of your crotch to your ankle.

I wasn’t expecting much when I first bought these mid-length running tights, but they’ve really impressed me. From the first long run, I noticed how secure and supported my thighs felt. No discomfort, no chafing, and most importantly ,no post-run pain. The fit is snug but not restrictive, and they stay in place the whole time. Honestly, for the price, these tights are totally worth it. Highly recommended for long distance runners!

And even the large is quite tight.
