Our sizing follows the Asian size chart, which means it runs one size smaller than the international or US size charts.

Yes. However, it can only be used for walk-in Customers to our Office in Singapore. We are still in the process for Malaysia’s showroom. It is not usable online or during the Expo Event.
Shipping & Delivery

Yes, if shipping is not preferred or possible before a certain date, you can opt to pick up your order from our warehouse in Singapore, Malaysia or the Middle East depending on your location.
Our Office working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. We closed on weekends & Public holidays.

Shipping charges and customs duties depend on the destination country. We use Express shipping couriers so they get to you within 5 working days.
Custom duties are typically indicated in our policies which can be referenced on our website. If you have been asked to pay duty on a delivery for which you were not expecting additional charges, please consult our shipping policy for clarity, and do not hesitate to get in touch for any discrepancies or questions.

All our shipping are expedited shipping via express couriers such as Fedex or DHL Express. Rest assured that, unless your item is withheld at customs for tax or other reasons, you will receive them between 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. However, rest assured that we send every order by express shipping. You will receive your order between 3 to 5 working days.

Domestic Shipping Singapore: Delivery fee costs $5 SGD for Singapore addresses. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 SGD.
Domestic Shipping Malaysia: Delivery fee costs $8 MYR for Malaysia addresses. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80 SGD / $250 MYR.
Domestic Shipping Indonesia: Delivery fee costs $5.50 for Indonesian addresses. Shipping is handled by our domestic freight forwarding partner OMS, which ensure that you do not get taxed. Regretfully there are no free shipping to Indonesia due to this being a third-party logistic handler.
International Shipping: International shipping cost is between $15 to $30 SGD depending on weight and location. We offer free shipping for orders above $300 SGD. Check your shopping cart or checkout page during checkout if you qualify for free shipping.

Yes we ship to most countries. International shipping cost is between $15 to $30 SGD depending on weight and location. We offer free shipping for orders above $300 SGD. Check your shopping cart or checkout page during checkout if you qualify for free shipping.
Please note that international shipments can take between 3 to 5 days.
If you have been waiting for more than 7 to receive your order, please get in touch with our team to investigate the issue.

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.
Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.
Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.
On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.
If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier.

Orders & Order Tracking

Thank you for your inquiry. You can check the delivery status of your order by referring to the tracking number that is sent to you in a separate email after your order has been shipped out.
For pre-ordered items, you will be advised of a target delivery date, depending on the stage of the pre-order. Usually the wait for a pre-order item ranges between 4 to 8 weeks.

Yes, you can change the shipping address for your order. To do so, please contact us with your new address and we will update your order details.
Make sure to provide us with the new shipping address as soon as possible, especially if your products have not been shipped yet. Once they are shipped, we will try our best to effect this change on the shipper side, although this may not be successful some times depending on the status and location of the item.
Once your address update is successful, we will confirm the change with you.

Pre-ordered items have specific delivery dates usually between 4 to 8 weeks.
Rest assured, you will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped out. Keep an eye on your email for the tracking details or follow the provided update link.

Once an order is placed, we can only make the change to the order manually. Please contact us if you indeed want to change or add an item to your order. However, we regret that once the order has been shipped out, there is not ability to add or change that order.
However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Returns must be initiated within 30 day of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Return by mail
Reach out to our customer support team at support@purpose.asia or Whatsapp +65 8779 2930 to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. They will advise you on the best way to get the return sent back
Return in store
You can visit any of our retail stores and present your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must have the original tags attached.
Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed via store credit.
Non-Returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, sales discounted items, gift cards, or other reasons:
- CUSTOM By Purpose.
- Items with PERSONALISED Names, Logo, or any other Customization (in other words - PERSONALISED ITU TRI SUIT, or PERSONAL CUSTOM).
- Items sold at a discount price, during online sales & promotions OR event’s expo’s sales.
- Item that have been used once / label tag already cut off from the item.

We replace your kit with a new one in cases of damage from accidents. The guarantee is 2 years from the date of purchase.
NOTE: Crash Replacement Guarantees only cover items damaged in a crash or an accident, not wear and tear or rough handling of the product.
Our Crash Replacement Policy is only valid if your kit was purchased through our online store. This covers tri suits, cycling jerseys, and cycling bib shorts for 2 years from the date of purchase against damages sustained because of crashes and or accidents.
Crash Replacements however do not cover running, accessories or other items.

Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that sales items, discounted goods, customised kits and Gift Cards are not eligible.

Customised Team Kits

Most Purpose products can be customised including of course our World Championship winning triathlon suits, our cycling bibs and jerseys, and our running apparel in both Hypermesh™ ELITE, Hypermesh™ PRO and Hypermesh™ PRO ae fabrics. We also offer customisation of some of our accessories including caps, socks and calf sleeves with a minimum order of 20 pieces for customised accessories.

Aside from accessories, there is no minimum order on CUSTOM by PURPOSE customised apparel. Surcharge will be applied for below 10pcs per kit and the discounts however will scale as your order grows.

Yes, discounts will scale as your order grows. Discounts start for quantities of more than 20pcs. This benefits your team as the more the team orders, the higher the discount.
Refer to the table below for the pricing and discount structure. There is special pricing with even higher discounts for 100 pieces and above.

There are two ordering options available — choose what best suits your club’s needs:
- Private Club Page:
We can set up a private club page on our website where members can place their orders directly using their preferred payment method. This option is available for clubs with 20 or more orders, or for clubs offering multiple custom items (e.g., a running kit and a tri kit). - Bulk Order via Club Coordinator:
If you have fewer than 20 orders and only a single item offering, we’ll need your assistance to collect the orders from your members. Once confirmed, we’ll issue an invoice for a 50% upfront payment before production begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before delivery.
- Private Club Page:

We offer two flexible options that you can choose from. If you have your own design, you can send it to us and our design team will translate this into our patterns and we will send this back to you for approval.

Yes, we do. If you do not have a designer, we will send you a design brief to complete. This brief will include your club colours, logos, any particular club motto etc. any request or reference you have on what you require.
Using this brief our designer will give you several options to choose from.
After selecting your preferred option and providing your feedback, our designer will make another round of revisions. You must consolidate feedback from all parties involved when the design options come out so we can accommodate everyone’s tastes and find a solution so that the design period is not drawn out.
Design services will add an extra $500 SGD total to cover the cost and fee. This may be waived if you or your team order a minimum of 20 pieces.

If you have more than 20 orders, we’ll set up a private club page for you — free of charge, with all platform fees fully covered by us.
Your club will receive a unique link that members can use to place their orders directly online using their own preferred payment methods.This makes it easier for you by removing the need to manually collect and manage orders. Distribution can be handled either by us or by your club — whichever works best for your situation.
