Wash: Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle (use a mesh laundry bag to protect the mesh weave).
Detergent: Use a mild, liquid detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, as they clog the mesh pores and damage the Spandex.
Dry: Drip dry in the shade. Never tumble dry, as high heat will destroy the elastic fibers and the leg grippers.
Maintenance: Do not iron or dry clean. Keep away from Velcro to prevent fabric snags.
