Most Purpose products can be customised including of course our World Championship winning triathlon suits, our cycling bibs and jerseys, and our running apparel in Hypermesh™ ELITE, Hypermesh™ PRO and Hypermesh™ PRO ae fabrics. We also offer customisation of some of our accessories including caps, socks and calf sleeves with a minimum order of 20 pieces for customised accessories.
Aside from accessories, there is no minimum order on Purpose customised apparel. The discounts however will scale as your order grows. Discounts start for orders above 20pcs.

From design to delivery the estimated timeline is 10 weeks. We allow a 1 week window for information gathering and then a 2 week window for design and revisions. If quick decisions can be made during this period the timeline may be shortened. On the flip side, if design decisions are delayed the delivery timeline will also be delayed.
Thereafter we allow for a 1 week order taking period and at the same time our warehouse will begin work on sample color swatches which will be sent to you to approve before full production starts.
Once the color swatches are approved the production time is 5-7 weeks depending on the quantity of your order. Please allow 1 week for shipping once the product arrives and quality has been checked.

(DEPENDING ON COUNTRIES)There are two options and you can choose whichever options suit you. If you have 20 orders or more, we can set up a private club page on our website and your members can visit this link to place their orders directly online using their own preferred payment method.
If you don’t have above 20 orders then we will need your assistance to gather your club orders for us and we will send you an invoice for 50% payment before production commences. The balance 50% payment can be made when the suits have arrived, prior to delivery.
Again we offer two flexible options that you can choose from. If you have your own design, you can send it to us and our design team will translate this into our patterns and we will send this back to you for approval.
Alternatively, if you do not have a designer or a definite idea of what you are looking for, we will send you a design brief to complete. This brief will include your club colors, logos, any particular club motto’s etc. any request or reference you have on what you require. Using this brief our designer will give you a couple of options to choose from. After selecting your preferred option and providing your feedback, our designer will make another round of revisions. It is important that you consolidate feedback from all parties involved when the design options come out so we can accommodate everyone’s tastes and find a solution so that the design period is not drawn out.

Both the ELITE and the PRO fabric are unbeatable in heat and humidity. They are both ultra lightweight, ultra breathable and go from wet to dry, fast. The difference is the PRO fabric has a mesh like weave fabric, aka a dimple effect which makes it a little transparent and slightly more breathable. The ELITE fabric therefore offers a higher UV protection.
