We don't increase our prices only to offer you free shipping later.
In many instances, our prices are at least 25% lower than many others whilst providing the quality on par of better with the tri suits, cycling jerseys, bib shorts and running apparels out there. Hence, we can't match free shipping offers that some competition offers.
Instead, our free shipping is based on tiers depending on where you're located. This option is fairer as it is pegged against the actual cost of delivery. Thus, we keep our product prices low, while co-sharing the cost of shipping with you.
That said, we are sorry that there will be no free shipping during sales period or for items bought on discounts.
Below are the tiers for free shipping eligibility:
- Singapore – SGD 75
- Malaysia & Southeast Asia - SGD 300
- Asia, Australia, New Zealand – SGD 350
- Europe, USA, Middle East - SGD 350
- Rest of the world – SGD 500
